I'd like to remind you, and tell the rest of the world a little bit about the truth regarding your reference to having "lived in Israel for some months", and using it to legitimize your proclamations of being a "proud Jew" and labeling PM Netanyahu and the citizens of Israel that have repeatedly voted for him as "racist". You were on a socialist kibbutz in 1963, four years before the 1967 "Six Day War", inside of Israel's then recognized borders. Let's start with the time-frame and the status of Judea and Samaria, what you and your supporters refer to as the "occupied West Bank". Because of the JORDANIAN OCCUPATION between 1948 and 1967, Jews were PROHIBITED from entering the Old City of Jerusalem, and praying at the Temple Mount or even the Western Wall! Additionally, hundreds of synagogues and cemeteries were systematically destroyed and desacrated throughout the land. Gaza was occupied by Egypt. There was no "palestinian state".
Today, under Israeli control, Arabs are permitted to roam freely in the Old City and pray at the Temple Mount, the place they claim their prophet took an overnight flight on a winged horse with a woman's face, and whose followers built a shrine on top of 60 years after his death. Even though Jews get ARRESTED for PRAYING on the Temple Mount today, due to the absurd Peace Agreement with Jordan, at least they are permitted to walk around it, albeit with a required armed police escort. I'd also like to remind you that your kibbutz was only a short distance from Haifa, a mixed Jewish-Arab city, with equal rights for both. And a short distance in the opposite direction, are 300,000 Israeli Arabs protesting for the right to remain Israelis, rather than become citizens of what would be the newly formed "palestinian state" under the 'Trump Peace Plan'.
I find it comical that you repeated your calls for the Two-State Solution, "palestinian self determination" AND "safe and secure borders for Israel" on the same day 90 rockets were fired from Gaza at Israeli civilians, costing the IDF over $5 million in missile defense expenditures and traumatizing tens of thousands of children. If the advanced weapons used today were available in 1948 or 1967, the state of Israel would not exist. Spending part of a summer here almost 60 years ago doesn't qualify you as an expert on Israel's current security requirements. Preventing suicide bombings and ambush attacks is NOT racist, it's what's required to achieve the safety of Israeli citizens, what you claim to desire. You are not a "proud Jew", you're a collaborator with the people who aim to destroy the only Jewish state on Earth. What's most appalling, is using the very religion you have admittedly don't practice, to legitimize the destruction of the only country its believers can seek refuge.
